One of the best values on the mountain, you will love to curl up by a warm fire in the comfortable living room of our newly renovated home on the golf course. The large garage will keep your car and ski equipment dry and clean--and summer days are always cool and peaceful.
RENTAL INCLUDES GUEST PASSES for free use of three outdoor pools and Lake Monocan Park. Discounts for skiing, Out of Bounds recreation activities, Wintergarden, two beautiful golf courses, and clay tennis courts.
Within steps of the front door, you will find the free shuttle bus and activities for the entire family---two golf courses, summer music festival, mountain hikes, nature walks, spa treatments, and activities to entertain children of all ages.
Trillium Nature Center is practically next door, offering nature walks and other programs for adults and children, as well as directions to miles of hiking trails in and near Wintergreen.
The free shuttle service stops only a few steps from the house, offering a hassle-free way to reach the ski slopes, summer music festival tent, and children's activities near the Mountain Inn. In nice weather, it is a beautiful, ten-minute walk through the woods to the Inn. For children, there are activities at the Treehouse and at the Out of Bounds Adventure Center (rock-climbing, putt-putt, skateboarding, paint ball, bungee jumping, etc.)
The first floor of the house features a living room with wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, half bath and laundry area. A large, wrap-around deck looks out onto the golf course.
On the second floor is huge master bedroom with king bed, full bath with double vanity, a second large bedroom with two twins, and a second bath. The third floor has two additional bedrooms.
